When trying to print to our Zebra ZT410 printer from Word 2016 it will not fit on the label.

Instead of printing on one 4'x3' label it prints the text across three labels as if it was an 8.5' x11' sheet of paper.

I have tried printing as a label as per instructions I have seen posted on another site which says:

Mailings(tab), Labels, Options(button). Choose Continuous-feed printers. Choose Zebra within Label vendors(drop-down)

There is no option for Zebra within the drop down.

I have tried creating a custom label size within Label options but ignores my settings and it still prints across three labels.

I have also tried setting a custom paper size within Layout(tab) for 4'x3'. After filling in the text needed for the label when I go to print it ignores my settings and still prints across three labels.

Other programs we use print fine to the Zebra printer. It just seems to be our Word program that has the issue.

I have called Zebra support to verify that everything on our side was set correctly and it is.

How can we fix this?

This is the first time I've worked with ZPL code. I'm printing on a 200dpi ZP450ctp printer onto labels that are 2inx1in. The .zpl below is way to big but I thought I had it set right. Is anyone familiar with the .zpl language?

Doing so violates the license agreement for Mac OS. Just because they don’t charge you for the software, doesn mean you can do whatever you please with it. Install mac os x on hp probook 4540s specs. From a legal standpoint: No.

To start with your print width would then be 400 and label length would be 100. If you are using web based media you do not need to have these in your ZPL (remove the ^PW and ^LL).

Then you need to set the values right. Character height and with in your ^A0 command would make each character 1.5 inches.

Try the above it should get you closer to what you need. You want to adjust the ^FO commands to adjust the location of the objects, and adjust the pair of numbers after the ^AON, to adjust the font size.
