Hi Billie,

As Windows 10 drivers are not available for the synaptic driver. I would suggest you to download and install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Thanks for your feedback. Acer aspire e15 touchpad drivers windows 10.

My solution might help Z570 owners as I am one and it just helped me.

1. Uninstall the Synaptic Driver in 'Programs and features'

2. Reboot the system. Afterwards you may notice that the touchpad still works. But only the basic features like pointing and clicking are working as the drivers are provided by Microsoft to make the touchpad useable at least.

3. Open the 'Device Manager'

4. Select 'Mouse and other pointing devices'

5. Update the driver software. Choose the 'automatically' option and let the system find, download and install the drivers for the touchpad.

6. Reboot

Finally the gestures should be working. A manual download of the Synaptic Drivers doesn't seem necessary as it works perfectly for me.

EDIT: So, after a day without any issues the gestures aren't working properly. Only the Cortana invoke works. The three finger swiping doesn't. I can't remember to have changed anything in the system configuration.
